Section 1 - How do we handle your information?
When you buy from our store, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address, as part of the buying and selling process.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.

Part 4 - Shop Plaza
Our store is hosted on Shoplaza Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shoplaza's data store, databases and general Shoplaza applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shoplaza stores your credit card data. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete the purchase transaction. Once completed, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that credit card information is handled securely by our stores and their service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to provide them in connection with your purchase.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies in order to understand how these providers handle your personal information.
In particular, keep in mind that some suppliers may be located in or have facilities in different jurisdictions than yours or ours. Therefore, if you choose to conduct a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information you use to complete that transaction may be disclosed under United States law, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links on our store, they may lead you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Section 6 – Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.
Section 7 - Cookies

Section 8 - Age of Consent
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you are of the age of majority in your state or province, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.
Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you of the changes by contacting the email provided in your account so that you can understand what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances (if any) we use and/or disclosure.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information and to update your account information in a timely manner so that we can contact you as needed.
If our store is acquired or merged by another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that we can continue to sell products to you.
